Our ball valve, Liaocheng spray gun check valve features a clever design, compact structure, excellent air tightness, extremely strong pressure resistance, low failure rate, and is economical and practical. This valve is designed to provide stable and reliable protection for the connection between the blast furnace straight blowpipe and the pulverized coal lance during the blast furnace pulverized coal injection process. When the pulverized coal lance is inserted into the blast furnace, the ball valve opens to allow the pulverized coal to be injected smoothly; when the pulverized coal lance needs to be pulled out from the blast furnace, the steel ball inside the ball valve automatically closes under the combined action of the pressure in the blast furnace and its own gravity, effectively controlling the overflow of hot gas in the furnace.
Among various ball valves, the jujube-core-shaped ball valve and the square ball valve are the most common, and they are widely used in the blast furnace pulverized coal injection systems of domestic iron and steel enterprises. The internal structures of these two types of ball valves are both carefully designed, which are not only easy to install and disassemble, but also convenient for inspection, replacement and maintenance. Among them, the steel ball and sealing seat of the Type -3 ball valve can be disassembled and inspected according to user requirements.

Among them, the specially developed arc swirl spray wheel for blast furnace pulverized coal injection has a unique technical solution. This spray wheel consists of a pulverized coal pipe and a lance head, and a unique spherical pulverized coal atomizing disc is arranged at the top of the lance head. A cleverly designed gap for pulverized coal airflow circulation is set between the atomizing disc and the end of the lance pipe, so that the pulverized coal airflow can be shunted through the atomizing disc and sprayed out in an umbrella shape, forming an atomized pulverized coal flow.
This design enables the fine atomized pulverized coal flow to mix with the hot blast of the blast furnace instantly, achieving good combustion effect, thereby improving the combustion rate of pulverized coal and the mixing ratio of pulverized coal and blast furnace hot blast.
